A beautiful salmon pink coloured wine which brings one straight to Provence. Elegant Rosé wine with aromas of fresh redcurrant, rose and lemon, classic Provence palate with refreshing acidity, a hint of Provence herbs such as thyme and a long, saline finish.

• Blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle, Syrah. 
• Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (95%) and in barrels (5%) with batonnage. 

Château Minuty Cotes de Provence 'M de Minuty' Rosé, France 2023

A super summer Provencal rosé with delicate tropical fruit and floral tones. Crisp and lightweight, it has a delicious citrus finish. This is a great wine to enjoy al fresco!

Domaine Tour Campanets Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé, 2023

Pale pink with a burst of bright raspberry, strawberry and peony on the nose. Clean and well balanced, on the palate you have further concentrated flavours of orange blossom, red currants and cherries. Refreshing acidity leaves a deliciously mouth-watering finish.

Domaine André Vatan Sancerre Maulin Bèle Rosé, 2022

Bright and coral coloured with a profile of wild strawberry, peach, blood orange and hibiscus flower. Dry, with a smooth finish.

Domaine Cailhol Gautran, Roseum, 2024

A pale pink robe, red fruits notes on the nose, a very refined cuvée. A round and well-balanced palate with good aromatic persistence.

• Perfect on the terrace as an aperitif or for a festive meal with summer mixed salads, and white meat. Couscous, paella, brochettes, gazpacho, sautéed rabbit. Pairs well with Asian food. 

A Perfect Cava Rosé for Summer Sipping

Captivating aromas of soft red fruits with some complementing bready notes. The bubbles are fine and persistent. Although Brut in style it is not too dry. Perfect for summer sipping.
