BEHIND THE WINE 

Roisín Curley, a winemaker and micro-négociant from Ireland, crafts boutique wines in Burgundy. Originally a pharmacist from County Mayo, she honed her skills in some of France's most renowned vineyards, such as Château Latour and Château Grillet. In 2015, her passion for winemaking led her to Burgundy, her favorite wine region, where she established Maison Róisín Curley. Specialising in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, she prioritises organically cultivated fruit, sourcing premium grapes from small, well-tended parcels managed by dedicated growers. Roisín adopts a traditional and minimally invasive approach to winemaking, carefully guiding each batch through the process. Her wines embody elegance, reflecting their origin and the care they receive throughout their journey.
