    An entry-level gem from the legendary López de Heredia, this Crianza punches well above its weight, rivaling far more costly bottles. Despite being 8 years old, the Cubillo remains remarkably vibrant, offering an explosive bouquet of damson plums and ripe red cherries. These primary notes are expertly balanced by layers of tobacco, nutmeg, and a touch of vanilla-liquorice sweetness. On the palate, the wine is silky and fluid, featuring refined tannins and a persistent, fruit-filled finish that lingers beautifully.
