STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

Protos mission since 1927, has been to be faithful to their claim “BEING FIRST”, as an attitude of constant improvement with the sole aim of elaborating the best wine.

OUR IMPRESSION

Intense nose of black fruit, licorice, light toasted, vanilla, spices, mineral and balsamic notes. The palate has good acidity, with great balance of fruit & oak. Persistent and harmonious finish.

18 months in french and american barrels.

50% new French oak barrels, 30% one year old French, 20% one year old American oak barrels.
