Tasting notes

This wine shows off refreshing waves of hawthorn, broom and cedar and gives a balanced, fine and silky sip. Intense straw yellow in colour with green hues, the nose is curiously aromatic with passion fruit, ripe green apple and juicy pear fruit. On the palate it offers frehness matched perfectly with a slight rich texture. Long lasting finish with some citrus and cedar wood.

Fiano is one of the many fantastic white grapes worth investigating for all lovers of white wine. Packed with delicious ripe green apple and juicy pear fruit, there’s a lovely unexpected orange peal citrus zip to the finish. Basically it’s the Southern Mediterranean in a glass, serve with sea urchin, as the label suggests (if you’re that adverturous), but fresh garlicky prawns or breaded calamari will also make this wine sing.
