Rare cult wine from the Pfeffingen winery

Described by renowned New York sommelier Paul Grieco as the "best Scheurebe on the planet", this dry white wine has an intense bouquet of apricot and passion fruit with wonderful nuances of nut butter and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the Scheurebe is remarkably elegant, with a subtle creaminess and well-integrated acidity that is gentle rather than overpowering.

      • 100% Scheurebe
      Cellaring:  Drink now to 2032
Food Pairing: Exceptional with grilled prawns, spicy crab cakes, ceviche, pan-seared sea bass, and aromatic sushi rolls. Perfect with highly fragrant dishes like Vietnamese summer rolls, green papaya salad, Thai lemongrass curries, and herb-forward dishes featuring cilantro, mint, or tarragon. Also complements perfectly tangy fresh goat cheeses, feta, and mild sheep’s milk cheeses. | 🌡️ The wine should be served at around 8–10°C
