STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
The innovative and well regarded Portuguese winemaker Luis Pato is credited with almost single-handedly putting the Bairrada region on the wine map. Dedicated to expressing the best that this region has to offer, his portfolio has a broad range of still and sparkling wines. The majority of these are made up of some of Portugal’s many indigenous grape varieties. This Branco is made from a blend of Bical, Cerceal and Sercialinho varieties. While not well known on these shores, they are well-regarded and give this wine a distinctive profile as well as an edge over similar wines in the same price bracket.
