    A crisp, vibrant Cava with aromas of apple, almond and mineral notes. Persistent white fruit with a pleasant toasty creaminess. Bright and crisp with good bubbles.

    Fresh, Smooth and Rounded Natural Chardonnay from the Languedoc

    This fresh, expressive Chardonnay reveals ripe pear, blossom, and a hint of earthiness. Lees-aged in stainless steel for 12 months, it’s smooth and rounded yet beautifully balanced.

    Fresh, Elegant and Pure Everyday Drinking Wine

    Unfined and unfiltered, this wine is a wonderfully restrained and elegant expression of the Montsant terruño (terroir). With great purity of fruit, it is much lighter than what you might expect from a Montsant “Granatxa”, a true everyday drinking wine. Fresh on the palate with red fruit flavous. A spicy, floral, and mineral finish.

For a more casual pairing, try a croque monsieur or a vegetable terrine  | 🌡️ The ideal service temperature is between 14°C and 16°C
