    Founded in 2017 by Mary and Damien Corrigan, Noo Chocolates is the result of a decade-long journey into the art of fine confectionery. Mary (known affectionately as "Noo" to her family) and Damien spent years perfecting their signature flavours and techniques before launching their studio.
