Noilly Prat - Vermouth de France

A Fine Vermouth Made in the Village of Marseillan in the South of France

Noilly Prat is made using local wine varieties which are infused with herbs and other botanicals. These include fennel, wormwood, orange peel ,coriander, clove, camomile, gentian and nutmeg. 

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, and paired with seafood, such as oysters.
