STORY BEHIND THE WINE

The Perro de San Juan is the symbol of a sacred process, the creation of cochineal in native Mexican cacti, especially the nopal, thanks to human intervention. It symbolises a profound spiritual and cultural connection with nature, emphasising the importance of respecting and utilising the gifts of the earth consciously and reverently in the Mexican tradition.
