Utilising handpicked Irish strawberries (no grapes), each bottle contains around one hundred and fifty small strawberries. These are gently pressed to yield their juices and fermented and aged to a golden-red hue. A wine that embodies the best days of an Irish summer, this is complex and alluring on the palate, while a hint of sweetness gives way to a full-bodied flavour, tapering to a crisp finish.
