Complex and Elegant - Mas Combarèla’s signature wine

Dark cherry and wild blackberry are layered with savory notes of olive tapenade, black pepper, and Mediterranean herbs, all set against a signature smoky minerality. This is an elegant, pedigree Syrah supported by the suppleness of Grenache and the rustic freshness of Carignan. On the palate, it is succulent and broad yet driven by a vibrant, linear tension that keeps it beautifully in motion. With silky tannins and a long, slightly saline finish, it is a wine defined by its effortless balance and pure energy.

"Notes of charcuterie, white pepper, black cherries, and toasted herbs. Good depth of fruit on the palate, with medium body, medium acidity, and assertive tannins offering a nice chewiness. Supple dark fruit, humus, and spice on the finish. Made from organically grown grapes"
