Pure and fruity red wine by a rising star of the Languedoc region

"Very pale blood red. Rich, red-fruited nose that smells as though it were more than 12% alcohol. Mouth-filling fruit – almost more like grape juice than wine! So soft! With just a whisper of round tannin on the very long end. A red wine for non wine-drinkers? Pure, immediate, fruity pleasure. A chillable red wine that could be enjoyed immensely without food. But not for cellaring"
    -Jancis Robinson

    • Blend of 75% Cinsault and 25% Syrah
    • Certified organic
    • Jancis Robinson | 17/20 Pts
    Cellaring: Ideal now until 2028
Food Pairing: Perfect on its own as an aperitif, with charcuterie, roast chicken or pork steak | 🌡️ Serve slightly chilled around 12 °C
