This wine was born in the 70s and is the fruit of the assembly of plots of schists and mica schists located around the family cellars. A classic Muscadet Sèvre & Maine. Aged on its lees for 7 months this organic delight is wonderful as an aperitif or with seafood, sea bass in a salt crust, sea bream fillet cooked on one side, salmon crumble and candied zucchini, Asian cuisine, fresh cheeses. It is interesting the note that the 2017 vintage of this was the white wine served at the Nobel Prize awards in Stockholm 2018.
