This wine is made in a forward and inviting style. It is silky and pure with vibrant cherry fruit. It is a terrific wine for drinking over the next 5-7 years.

• Aged in oak barrel for 10 months.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

Domaine des Lises is the private estate of Maxime Graillot. It is co-located with the family estate of Alain Graillot but they are run separately. Maxime’s wines are more fruit driven, possibly because he destems all his grape, while his father does not.
