With methods in the vineyard that more prestigious wineries are now starting to replicate, Jean-Marc and Anne-Marie Vincent have set the benchmark for Chardonnay in the region with a clear commitment to quality over quantity . These include high-density planting, raised canopies and the absence of anything resembling a tractor. While this may be one of the smaller wineries in the region, it is also one of the most exciting.
