"Very greyish pale salmon pink. Light rose petals on the nose. Pretty aggressive froth! Then a little sweetness on palate entry and quite a lot of acid on the palate but it's well made, even if it tastes pretty youthful. A brisk aperitif?" 15.5pts Jancis Robinson, Tasted July '21

"Tasmania is the home of Australia’s sparkling wines. The cool climate is reminiscent of Champagne. They call their production method Méthode Tasmanoise! The brand is an homage to Dutch explorer Abel Janszoon Tasman, the first European to sight the island of Tasmania in 1642. "
