About the producer

Founded in 2004 , Herdade dos Grous is located in the heart of Alentejo, near Beja and belongs to the Pohl family. Alentejo, Portugal’s largest province has a continental climate that offers ideal conditions for the production of wine. Under the steerage of winemaker Luis Duarte ( only Portuguese winemaker to win Winemaker of the Year twice), the wines produced are of the highest quality.
