Powerful yet elegant red from the Barossa Valley

"Evocative earthy tones - beetroot, bone broth, charred wood, ground pepper and dark chocolate - are spotlighted without upstaging the plum and blackberry cordial notes. It's powerful, but never bulky, the fine-grained tannins intricately woven into the wine; the spice-etched supple dark fruit treading a path through the middle. Still young, this has decades left in which to ponder the meaning of life."
