STORY BEHIND THE WINE

This beautiful family estate founded in 1864 and located in the heart of the Barolo wine , now run by Claudio Fenocchio and his young family. Long post-fermentation times counter-intuitively leading to smoother more elegant and accessible wines. Although not yet certified as organic , the winery are participating in the European project that encourages sustainable agriculture and they follow agricultural practices passed down through generations.
