Red vermouth based on Sherry wine from Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes, impregnated with up to 27 natural botanicals such as wormwood, lemon peel and orange or cloves, among many others.

STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Fernando de Castilla is a small, century-old winery headed up today by a young team that has been keen to maintain the company’s family-run profile. Although it began by making Jerez brandy, it currently produces a wide range of medium and high class products, such as the prestigious Antique line, offering Fino, Oloroso, Amontillado, Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximenez sherry.
