The Ultimate Case for Bordeaux Lovers

Discover timeless elegance with our Fantastic Cru Bourgeois Wooden Box Case - a refined selection of distinguished wines, elegantly presented in a flat six carboard case. Ideal for collectors, gifting, or elevating any occasion.

Crus Bourgeois wines have deep roots in Bordeaux history, originally favoured by the rising bourgeoisie and formally classified in 1932. Today, they’re re-evaluated annually under strict quality standards, showcasing the excellence of Médoc’s independent estates.

We love Cru Bourgeois for their authenticity, precision, and outstanding value—age-worthy reds that express true Bordeaux elegance.

    The case includes

Château Fonréaud, 2019 - Cru Bourgeois Supérieur

The wine display a deep, vibrant colour and a well-rounded, dense texture. With seamlessly integrated, velvety tannins, this Listrac-Médoc boasts a balanced structure, ensuring excellent ageing potential and refinement in the bottle over time.

    • Blend of Cabernet sauvignon (45%), merlot (51%), petit verdot (4%).

Château Paveil de Luze, 2019 - Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel

"A wine that punches above its weight is the 2019 Paveil de Luze, derived from holdings on the deep gravel soils of the plateau of Brane and containing some 80% Cabernet Sauvignon. Wafting from the glass with aromas of cherries, raspberries, loamy soil and rose petals, it's medium to full-bodied, lively and seamless, with refined, powdery tannins and a long, penetrating finish. This is well worth seeking out".
    -William Kelley, Wine Advocate

Rich, dark red in colour.  Intense aromas of forest & bramble fruits - ripe loganberry, blackberry and wild strawberry.  The palate is brimming with sweet fruits, balanced by vanilla oak, savoury leather & tobacco, mocha with fresh herbs in the finish.  Full bodied and voluptuous, mouth coating with deliciously silky, elegant tannins.  Harmony in a bottle.

Aged in 30% new oak, this is a rare 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and is thoroughly enjoyable, with savoury black fruits and a fine layer of tannins providing grip. It's rare to find this particular grape as a single variety in Bordeaux, really making it one to look out for"

Château Cambon La Pelouse, 2019 - Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel

"Gorgeous nose full of softly sweet blackcurrants. Energy and life here, straight away you get the rush of bright red and black fruits, strawberries and black cherries filling the mouth with fruit juice and mouth watering acidity. Then the tannins take hold giving support and depth. This feels well made with intensity and precision. The focus is on the bright fruit with good acidity. An easy drinker and one to approach to enjoy it’s youthful energy but you could also hold on to it for a few more years."
