This dry white wine of Gascony made of Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc has a light and shinny colour, with some green reflects. Scents is of citrus - lime and grapefruit, exotic fruits. On the palate, the wine has a fresh attack, evolving on roundness and complexity, with citrus fruits overtone at the end.

Food Pairing: It pairs brilliantly with rich seafood like garlic butter prawns or pan-seared scallops. In the heart of Bas-Armagnac, the Perissé family carries on the tradition of a long line of winegrowers. Their Gascony wines draw their character from the richness of their sandy and "boulbène" (silica-clay) soils. The Côtes de Gascogne region of South-West France has a lot going for it. While usually flying under the radar of many wine drinkers due to its proximity to Bordeaux, it retains the ideal growing conditions as well as coming in more pocket-friendly than its more illustrious neighbour
