Based in Nuits-Saint Georges , the Faiveley family have been making wine since 1825 spanning seven generations. Today, the winery is run by siblings Erwan and Eve Faiveley. In their perpetual quest for innovation, the Faivele was the first to use the manual sorting table to ensure only the best grapes were selected for their wines. With a vineyard expanding over more than 120 hectares of vines, divided between the Côte de Nuits, the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise consisting of Grand Cru and Premier Cru plots.
