Elegant, deep & well balanced white from Tuscany

An elegant, stylish wine with prominent notes of peach, apricot, and Mediterranean spices, classic to Irisse. Its palate is deep and well balanced, thanks to a tasty acidity and an ultra-appealing, richly-flavored finish.

Blend of 85% Vermentino, 15% Grechetto
Aged 9 months on the lees

Cellaring: Drink now to 2028

Food Pairing: Perfect with robust seafood stews, clam linguine, mussel spaghetti, grilled calamari or fish, pesto pasta or asparagus risotto | 🌡️ The wine should be served at a temperature around 12°C

STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Collemassari is one of Italy’s top wineries and in 2014 was voted winery of the year by the authoritative Gambero Rosso. This particularly beautiful and important winery owned by the Tipa family is located in the Montecucco DOC area of Tuscany. Set around a restored 13th-century castle, it focuses on organic farming and sustainable practices producing elegant Sangiovese-based wines.
