    Generous and structured Margaux | 4th Growth Grand Cru Classé

    This vintage presents a rich, well-built profile that has matured into a beautiful balance of velvet tannins, dark berry notes, and vibrant acidity. Nuanced layers of mocha and toasted tobacco are woven throughout the finish. Given the high Cabernet Sauvignon content, this wine remains remarkably fresh with significant aging potential still ahead.

    "A signature Bordeaux year – a ton of concentration but also balance – the magic combination that has built Bordeaux’s reputation over the centuries. This is a finely tuned wine, with a great tannic frame that holds the blackberry and bilberry fruit, laced with grilled turmeric and smoke. 90% new vats at this point, as the winery was pretty much finished."

    STORY BEHIND THE WINE 

    Château Marquis de Terme has experienced a consistent evolution over the past several decades. This Fourth Growth estate has been under the ownership of the Sénéclauze family since 1935, and their transition to organic viticulture in the early 2000s has redefined the property. Today, it stands as one of the most compelling and lively Grand Cru Classé wines, offering exceptional quality for its price.
