Classic white Bordeaux blend full of flavour with a long-lasting finish

On the nose you will find generous aromas of citrus fruit , green apple and white peach with subtle hints of vanilla and toast derived from the judicious use of oak by the winemaker . On the palate there is a refreshing acidity that provides a perfect balance to the added body and texture given to this wine from its ageing in oak and on its fine lees. This wine has a long lasting finish with a distinct minerality imparted by the deep gravel soils found in the Graves region.
