Food Pairing:It pairs beautifully with seafood appetisers like freshly shucked oysters, pan-seared scallops, or a classic shrimp cocktail to complement its crisp acidity. The champagne also shines alongside salty or creamy starters, specifically aged Comté cheese, lightly salted M-arcona almonds, or buttery triple-cream brie | 🌡️ Serve at a temperature around 8-10ºC.

STORY BEHIND THE LABEL

Deutz holds the distinction of being one of the oldest members of Champagne's prestigious Grandes Marques houses - an exclusive group of the region's most respected producers. Founded in 1838 in Aÿ by two Prussians, including William Deutz. Today, the Deutz House is owned by the famous Roederer family. The house owns 275 acres of prime vineyard land across Champagne's finest crus, ensuring complete control over grape quality.
