Rich, Warm & Complex Irish Whiskey

Rich aromas of sweet honey, vanilla and gentle mandarin orange married with warm spice. On the palate, a harmony of mango, pineapple and apricot, bursting on the palate. Hints of ginger, cinnamon, milk chocolate, vanilla, warm caramel followed by gentle oak and floral notes.

Aged 14 years in bourbon barrels

Cellaring: Once opened, Whiskey is best to consume within six months to two years.

Food Pairing:Good soda bread (or sourdough) and farmhouse butter, mature cheddars, smoked cheeses, smoked cured meat. Fresh seafood, particularly fatty fish such as salmon or monkfish with whiskey cream sauces, BBQ duck, ribs and pulled pork | 🌡️ Serve at room temperature, around 18-23 °C
