This wine is made from Pinot Noir vinified white and red blended with Chardonnay. It is a blend of up to 25 vintages and spends three years sur lies and a minimum of five months after disgorgement. Bruno Paillard was the first Champagne house to put the date of disgorgement on every bottle produced.
A juicy, well-structured Rosé Champagne. Aromas of redcurrant and wild strawberry dominate. Lively red fruit flavours with excellent acidity and an attractive mousse. A delicious long finish.
