The must ferments in 35 Hl. French oak foudres and remains in aging on its fine lees for 4 months until bottling. The visual appearance is clean and elegant, straw-coloured with a greenish rim. This is a wine of noble aromas, conveying its aromatic intensity through the expression of plants such as fennel, gorse, and a delicate hint of chestnut blossom, with citrus notes and an appealing touch of damp rock. On the palate, it is grand on the attack, fresh yet voluptuous, rich, and unfolds into a complex and fruity mid-palate. Its finish is marked by the saline minerality of its soil, which lends it personality and the character of a great wine.

Rafael Palacios, a legendary figure in the wine world, particularly in Spain, has a Midas touch that revived the Godello grape's fame.
