Bodegas Fulcro is a small, quality-focused winery in Galicia, Spain, founded by winemaker Raúl Pérez’s collaborator Manuel Moldes. It specializes in expressive Albariño - from old vineyards in the Rías Baixas region. Fulcro emphasises minimal intervention, careful vineyard work, and traditional methods to highlight freshness, minerality, and the character of Atlantic-influenced soils.
