STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Polish winery and sparkling wine producer founded in 2013 near the city of Łódź. The domaine focuses on modern, approachable wines, especially sparkling styles such as Blanc de Blancs. Founded by Jacek Jantoń, the estate is now led by his daughter, Beata Jantoń -an oenologist trained in Bordeaux, Spain, and England. Also a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, she blends wine and culinary artistry!
