STORY BEHIND THE LABEL
Yannick Cadiou is an independent wine producer based in Bleigny-le-Carreau who set up his own label in 2018. He currently produces three stunning cuvées, a Petit-Chablis, a Chablis and this Chablis ‘La Côte d’Or’. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tank, then aged 50% in tank and 50% in 500-litre barrels.These 20-year-old vines grow on sunny slopes in the heart of the town of Chablis. The soil is rich in Kimmeridgian (terre blanche), dating back to the ancient Jurassic period

I absolutely love Three Wooly Sheep which is the house wine at our favourite restaurant. Delivery is always prompt and last week the box of wine arrived eith a broken bottle. I contacted customer services snd had a replacement bottle sent within two working days.
