STORY BEHIND THE LABEL 

Irish pharmacist and Master of Wine Róisín Curley makes Burgundy the hard way, and it shows in every single glass. Operating as a micro-négociant, her winemaking philosophy essentially revolves around getting out of the wine's way. This minimal-intervention approach demands absolutely pristine fruit and an almost fanatical level of grape selection out in the vineyard. Because she champions organic and biodynamic farming, she never relies on heavy-handed cellar tricks to make her wines taste good. Instead, by using incredibly gentle extraction and just a tiny bit of sulfur at bottling, she lets the pure, luminous character of the grapes and the raw terroir of each parcel do all the talking, resulting in deeply elegant, wildly expressive wines that feel completely authentic.
