A lighter, red-fruity Cabernet type with a fine aroma. On the nose, the wine has aromas of redcurrant and cherry with notes of red pepper, black tea and menthol. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a firm, fine-grained tannin structure and lively freshness.
For three centuries, the Floutier family has been crafting wines with care and dedication, passing down their knowledge from one generation to the next. Just a few kilometers from Uzès and Anduze, at the foot of the Cévennes and near the Pont du Gard, the vineyard stretches across Savignargues d’Aigremont and Lédignan. The clay-limestone soils, generous sunshine, and cool nights create the perfect conditions for grape varieties like Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Grenache Gris to shine. Every plot is vinified separately, allowing each wine to reflect the character and complexity of its origin.
