The Filliatreau family's red Saumur Château Fouquet that comes from vines just outside the Saumur Champigny appellation. An area of 4 ha on clay-limestone soil, planted in 2014 and located in the commune of Brézé, worked according to the rules of Organic Agriculture since planting and in conversion to Biodynamics.
