Impressive Rioja Crianza from Top Producer

On the first nose the wine reveals subtle notes of coconut, cinnamon, wild berries like blackberries, and a hint of spice. When swirled, additional layers of mint, licorice, and chocolate emerge, accompanied by undertones of cedarwood and graphite. On the palate, it delivers a creamy, vibrant entry, with flavours evoking cherry liqueur. The finish is robust, showcasing juicy tannins and impressive length.

• Made from grapes of the Tempranillo 95% and Mazuelo 5% varieties.
• Aged for 18 months in American- and French-oak casks and stored for
  several months in the vat for good blending of the wine before it was bottled.

STORY BEHIND THE LABEL

The 2020 vintage was certificated by the Doca Rioja as VERY GOOD, it was characterised by unstable climate conditions, with above average precipitation and some hail. The end of the cycle was favourable and provided good balance in the ripening, giving wines with a bright, lively colour, good acidity and fruitiness.
