2nd October - Whiskey Tasting

Join us for an evening of great whiskey and good company, guided by Chief Sommelier, Lisa O’Doherty. Whether you're a longtime whiskey lover or just starting to explore the world of single malts and blends, this tasting will be a chance to dive into the stories, styles, and flavours that make whiskey so fascinating.

We’ll taste our way through six distinctive whiskies - each chosen to highlight a different region, cask style, or distilling tradition. Lisa will be sharing insight along the way, keeping things informative but always easygoing.

To match the whiskies, we’ll also be serving a selection of cheese and charcuterie from our friends at ICIAR, thoughtfully paired to enhance the tasting.

Spaces are limited, so book early to join us for what promises to be a warm, welcoming, and flavour-packed
