A lovely fruity taste. Kept on drinking over several glasses.
heard Jean Smullen give glowing review on Moncrieff's Movies & Booze segment on Newstalk. She was spot on!
It reminds me to Burgundy. Mineral, lovely acidity, and tropical fruits.

Clos de Tart is one of the most important and historic grand cru vineyards in Burgundy. The 18-acre site is a monopole (monopoly in French) in that unlike so many vineyards in Burgundy it has not been broken up into smaller parcels via the inheritance laws. The vineyard produces three red wines - the grand cru, Clos de Tart; what is effectively the second wine, La Forge de Tart and a village wine. La Forge (named after the original 12th century name for the site) is made from a portion of the harvest that is declassified as premier cru, typically from the younger vines. Nonetheless, La Forge has built a reputation as a serious wine in its own right and regularly receives 90 plus scores from critics.
