Spiced and Fruity Organic Red from Côtes de Provence

Deep garnet colour with ruby red reflections. On the nose, notes of undergrowth and leather open up quickly with aeration, developing an intense bouquet of black fruits and spices.

BEHIND THE WINE

Chateau Des Sarrins is halfway between the foothills of The Alps and The Mediterranean, in a small village called Saint Antonin du Var. In 1995, the Paillard family bought the estate and have been working to produce outstanding wines using their extensive knowledge.
