DOMAINE ANDRÉ VATAN, LA RONCIÈRE, 2020

"Pinot from the Loire is still something of a rarity on Irish shelves. That's a real shame, considering the quality and the marvellous mouth feel of this wine. Good acidity, red berries and a touch of tobacco with soft tannins and medium length. Balanced and round. Enjoy with: Salmon cutlets."

SELLA & MOSCA CANNONAU DI SARDEGNA, 2020

"Cannonau is the name Garnacha goes by in Sardinia. A bright ruby colour, with red berry aromas, it has an explosion of flavours: coffee, spices, herbs, plums and oak. And Sardinians believe the wine, in moderation, is linked to heart health. Enjoy with: Ossobuco."
