"This has a deeply seductive foundation of pear and apples, nuances of tropical fruit, vibrant citrus zest and a faint hint of petrol. Its palate is orchard heaven, with expansive fruit and some buttery richness rounding out a fine balance between all elements. The finish is decidedly dry, with an integrated minerality that keeps on giving. Serve with white meats or halibut in a lemon butter sauce."
