"Made from cabernet sauvignon, grenache and syrah, this has aromas of strawberry fruit, a hint of apricot and peach, plus a tinge of floral perfume. On the palate, there is a pleasing mouthfeel, with a solid semblance of acidity and minerality. It has a good finish and length too. This would be excellent as an accompaniment to seafood - but for something more casual, try it with Skips, prawn crackers or even spicy chicken wings."
