"From the Burgundian district of Mâconnais , this enjoys ten to twelve months in oak. As such, it presents a wonderful pale golden colour in the glass, while exhibiting toasted brioche, almond and citrus aromas on the nose. It has a succulent buttery texture, elegant and balanced with notes of stone fruit, citrus and honeysuckle plus a pleasing minerality. Extremely food-friendly, I would pair this with anything from shellfish such as langoustines to poultry."
