"This is initially slightly atypical of albariño on the nose, with prominent honey aromas, melon, peaches and other stone fruit. On the palate, however, it's unmistakably reminiscent of the regional varietal with vibrant, fresh citrus acidity and classic saline minerality, plus a refined textural structure that belies the price. It's a match made in heaven with grilled fish, seafood dishes such as ceviche or mild creamy cheeses."
