    M DE MOULIN RICHE, 2018

Composed of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot and 23% Petit Verdot, the 2018 M de Moulin Riche has a medium to deep garnet-purple color and notes of crushed blackberries and redcurrants with hints of tar, dried Mediterranean herbs and licorice. The medium-bodied palate has a chewy, rugged textured and just enough freshness to support the herbs-laced red and black fruits, finishing just a tad firm.
The 2018 vintage was released in a particularly important year for the Cuvelier family. As it bookmarks not only 100 years as proprietors of 2d Grand Cru Classé Château Léoville Poyferré, but also that of Château Moulin Riche.
    • 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot and 23% Petit Verdot
    • Garonnaise gravel on sand and clay

Food Pairing: Barbecued steak, grilled lamb chops, hamburger, pork tenderloin.
    Cellaring: Drink very well now.

FRANCESCO RINALDI & FIGLI LANGHE NEBBIOLO, 2021

A wine with fresh delicate red fruit aromas, floral and spicy notes, and aromatic persistence. The well integrated tannins are present enough to give the wine structure but not so overpowering as to be harsh allowing an elegant mouthfeel. Whilst this wine may not have the power and aging potential of wines like Barolo and Barbaresco, it is a great introduction to Nebbiolo.
    • 100% Nebbiolo
Food Pairing: Pasta and risotto dishes, lasagne , grilled meats.
    Cellaring: Drink now to 2027.
