A lovely fruity taste. Kept on drinking over several glasses.
heard Jean Smullen give glowing review on Moncrieff's Movies & Booze segment on Newstalk. She was spot on!
It reminds me to Burgundy. Mineral, lovely acidity, and tropical fruits.

This wine is made with 30% whole bunch fermentation, as is the case for most of Róisín's wines, which contribute delightful floral notes to traditional summer fruit notes of strawberry and raspberry , while increasing the perception of brightness and fruit ripeness. A fine tannic structure and an earthy note adds to the complexity and elegance of this wine.
Cellaring: Drinks well now
Food pairing: Venison, pork, veal, steak, lamb, game, charcuterie.
