Supple wine with aromas of citrus, lime, grapefruit. Well-balanced stone fruit flavours with a silky mouthfeel. The finish is long and mouthwatering, withcomplexity of stone fruit, spice and minerality.

The grapes were harvested at night to ensure they were coolwhen they arrived at the winery. This meant that the delicate fruitcharacter was kept fresh before pressing, and the aromatic styleof the wine was guaranteed. The wine was fermented and storedin stainless steel tanks which ensured no oxidation of the preciousstone fruit character. A cool fermentation (around 15°C) alsohelped preserve the fruit purity. The wine rested on fine lees forthree months prior to bottling.
For over three decades, Yves and Hugues Ricome have presided over Domaine La Croix Gratiot, a 27-hectare expanse nestled in Montagnac within the Coteaux du Languedoc region. Initially supplying their harvest to the local cooperative, Yves transitioned to bottling his own wine in 2005. Now, Anaïs, his daughter, assumes leadership following her stint alongside Matt Thomson in New Zealand. Under her stewardship, the domaine crafts impeccably pure wines that showcase the inherent qualities of the indigenous grape varieties. Embracing biodynamic practices since 2016, the domaine has converted in2021.
